2023 saw the release of Foreign Mornings debut album '4AM'. The title originated from a joke of people mishearing their name and features ten tracks recorded and mixed by the band themselves. The album recieved much acclaim, hailed as 'DIY Rock at it's absolute finest' - RTE2XM
